Service Description

Join Mrs. Mel in learning the basics to cake decorating. This hands on class features include: - Get acquainted with cake decorating tools, terminology, bags, tips, and design. - Learn recipes on how to create and decorate using American Buttercream. - We will learn to decorate a cake from start to finish. Demonstrate how to properly torte, fill, and frost a cake. - Students will practice basic border techniques and decorative piping using the 1M tip. - Techniques learned will be used to finish a 6" layer cake that each student takes home. - This course does NOT include baking. Course is approx. 3-4 hours long.
